Toronto Police have charged an 18-yr-old man in an alleged roofing scam that focused two Toronto neighbourhoods.
In accordance to Toronto Police, three males approached a property owner in the Coxwell Avenue and Danforth Avenue area on April 25 claiming to be roofers functioning on a neighbouring residence.
